Combi Boiler - heating off, hot water stops working.
2 Answers
I have a Worcester 28i boiler. When I turned off the central heating, - after a couple of weeks, I stopped getting hot water. I found that it was only when the central heating was switched on, that the boiler (the hot water) seemed to work. The same thing happened 2 years ago and someone fixed it. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening.

When the central heating was switched off , you needed to turn on the hot taps , very low to get any hot water .
Fine when the heating was switched on
Man from British Gas diagnosed a diverter valve problem
( at least I think that's what he said )
Part was changed - ok now
