my daughter has just has just got her phone back off her ex boyfriend but he has set a password on the images and video file and will not tell her it,how could i reset this so she can download her own images and videos to the phone

You will have to reset factory setings but this shouldn't delete any files. If the you don't know the code for this (its normally 0000 or 1234) you will ahve to contact your service provider. Hope this helps
