Anyone ever cashed in cds dvds - what kinda money did u get for yer stuff - curious because i'm off there tomorrow with some things. cheers

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.A friend of mine back in 1996 or 1997 it was when the Nintendo 64 first came out.He bought the consol by its self(No Game with it) and used to go to Global video & hire out the games.After having it for only a few months he took it it to 1 of these places to see what kind of deal he would get & they offered him �25 (this thing was in mint condition with the box & whatever else came with it my mate told them to get stuffed.Bear in mind this consol was still new in the market.They would buy it off him for �25 but would probably sell it for �60-�65 at least.Of course this was way back but i believe they still operate in this fashion.They buy it off you for a cheap price but then sell it for a slightly higher price.
best place to sell both CD's and DVD's is Amazon. I just sold about �2000 worth on their. Depends on how popular the stuff is you can get anythimg from �1.50 to �20.00. The advantage with Amazon over e-bay is 1. it targets people looking for a particulat CD/DVD and 2. there is no listing fee and no minimum time period. So if it doesn't sell you havent had to pay a penny.
