Not really sure if this is the correct section to post this question. But, here goes: We are totally FED UP with talktalk. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a better service provider? All replies gratefully received...

If you are having a internet connection problem then swapping providers won't suddenly cure the problem, you will still be getting your connection on the same physical phone line connected to the same exchange, you'll just be paying someone else to deal with the problem... and....
The way the phone network and broadband internet is handled in this country now is so convoluted it can sometimes seem imposable to solve a problem as it's never the fault of the people your speaking to.

I agree with Ethel we all have our own opinions, based on individual experiences, I am with Tiscali, have been for nearly four years, without a problem, (that's not to say that all of their customers feel the same way!) but I have a friend who was with Talk Talk, she found them very unhelpful when she had problems with her broadband connection, and promptly went back to BT. Hope you get it sorted...........welsh
For what it's worth I changed to Talktalk when BT decided to charge me for paying the bill by cheque. I have found no more problems than I did when with BT and I have to say I have found them more than helpful the odd time I have phoned for help. I have found that a lot depends on my attitude to them.
