How do i use DivX to download music?

I have a laptop running on windows vista I have the software DivX Player and converter installed someone told me that I could burn music straight on to a cd? Ive downloaded limewire but none of the music files are licenced to let me download, what am I don wrong?

Dunno much about DivX, but isn't that more to do video than audio?

As for limewire, can you play any of the tracks in media player - if you can then they can certainly be burned to CD somehow.
