can't get my boiler to stay lit when ignited

i have had this problem too.im not sure what the solution is,as ive always got a corgi trained guy in to fix it but i do know that its only a minor problem and easy to fix
Modern boilers have flame proving divices that lets the gas valve know that there is a flame present if there is a fault on these probes the gas will shut off. Needs to be repaired by a cogi gas fitter
Had the same problem here - usually the thermocouple - they cost trade �2-�15 depending on make of boiler.

thank you I have had a guy in and yes it was the thermocouple and altogether he charged me �85 including labour and a 12months guarantee, well worth it we can now have a shower/bath yippeee
