I am trying to find someone. I have a telephone number for them and their name. How can I find the address????? Please don't suggest 192.com as it is trying to get me to pay �10 for this information. Are there any other methods I can use? The obvious one would be to phone the person but this I cannot do. Someone help!

If you know the area (area dialling code will narrow this down) check the local electoral rolls with the name you have,or get hold of a phone directory for the area (maybe a larger library will have one.
