how do I get photos from phone to laptop (step by step please )

it depends oh how the phone connects to the laptop. if the laptop is bluetooth enabled (or you have a plug-in bluetooth dongle) search for the laptop on the phone's bluetooth and select transfer photos.

if the phone comes with a usb cable just plug it into the laptop and the computer will recognise it and you will be able to go into the phone's files and save the pics on the computer.

finally, you can text by multimedia, (if you can send and recieve picture messages you'll be able to do this, or if you can access the internet on your phone), select send pic by multimedia message and enter your email address. the drawback to this method is that it will cost you, whereas the other two options are free.
