disk cleanup

i went to do a disk cleanup to free up space, i noticed debug dump files which are taking up 114MB of space, what are these files & is it safe to delete them?

When Windows, or a Windows application, crashes it takes a "dump" (dont laugh).

A "dump" is a copy of your computer memory at the time, the memory is "dumped" out to an external file.

Unless you are currently getting problems you can safely delete them as they are probably old.

btw Questions like this are better going into Computers under Technology
And if you're not sure , leave them .114MB of space is not worth worrying about
