hello just got back discovered one of the great nephews had been on about the tape in safe mode all he had to do was go into my desk and he would have got the manual dont which lead he followed but he has destroyed my machine first he cut the tape then he took out a couple of the wheels so guess where it is now in the bin and he is barred from using my computer hope he didnt put you to a lot of bother thanks for your help

no problem i have learned a lesson never to leave my computer on silly me left my password with them however asi ssaid before thank you very much for your help it was much appreciated
