Air Conditioning is a very cheap source of heating as well as cooling with inverter air conditioning giving you 3kW of heat for 1kW of power. Air Conditioning gives you a stable room temperature. You can self install your own air conditioning unit and very cheap as well. Please see www.global-cooling.co.uk . The only real disdvantage is that the filters will need cleaning once a month but this is only a 5 min job at the worst! Systems can run as low as 23 decibels. ( quiet ) and also come with dehumidification and fan mode, they generally come all with IR remote controls and the heating is present in a matter of minutes.
