I belong to a football club and we have enquired from the farmer land owner of an adjacent field of 4.25 acres, how much would he want from us to purchase the land.
The land will only be used for football pitches and we do not intend to erect any type of building on it.
We are situated in CV13 postcode area.
How much should we expect to pay for this land?

Looks like about �8000 per acre.
Generally prices range from �4500 to �10000 per acre for agricultural land and quite a bit more for equestrian use (paddocks etc.)
Contact a local land agent for a more accurate guide.
