We have a message on our PC saying someone is trying to retrieve personal information, what can I do?
Tried to follow the instructions but got nowhere...
sorry at work now and cant remember the full message but basically its a security thing.
Any help would be really appreciated....

You need to run some anti-spyware software to try to get rid of it.
Try Malwarebytes

Download it, then install it.
Run Update to get the latest version.
Then run a General scan AND a Deep scan to see what it find.
There are other product available if that finds nothing.

Yes it seems "Win PC" is a piece of rogue software that pretends you have problems on your computer so you pay them money to "fix" it.
