If they're not scored try soaking them in a vinegar and baking soda solution.
or just wash them by hand
Once they've hazed, shame but..... thats it. Some of the 6 in 1 tabs might not affect glasses but I feel its not worth risking precious favourites.
I don't know if its true, but I have heard that if your glasses are lead crystal, its the lead that's melting in the high temperature that dishwashers reach. If they are good glasses, then it looks as though they are ruined. Answer - as previously advised, wash your best glasses by hand and only use supermarket glasses in the dishwasher.
I know of no way that you can remove the haze on glasses once they become cloudy, and I've tried all kinds of mixture including vinegar, etc.. For this reason we've given up using decent glasses except for very posh occasions when we wash them by hand. It's better to use cheap glasses in fairly standard designs and just replace them as they start to cloud up.
