is this genuine i am being asked for my e-mail account my full name e-mail password and phone number i have never been asked for this before with webmail mail account can anyone tell should i reply to this
they say they are webmail mail account what should i do ?

Ignore it, why would they need your phone number!

I wouldn't. Is the email address genuine, i.e.the one they usually send you mail from? Are there any links in the email? If so, hover over them, where they go will appear in the bar at the bottom left of the window. If it is where you expect, then ok, but if it's rubbish or somewhere strange, then ignore it.

Hardly anyone will ask you for that information by email, particularly passwords. even passwords over the phone only ask for specific letters, not the whole password.

I say ignore it.

thank you both for your replies i did think it was a con when they said i must answer within 48 hours or else? i shall now ignore it and delete it every time it comes up
