joining answerbank

hi all,my sister has made several attempts to join answerbank & she cannot get past the first stages of introduction,she is now giving up the attempt. My question is as I have all her details is it possible for me to open a new account on her behalf? at the moment every time I open answerbank my own profile comes up.tia Ron.

You should be able to log out and then join as if your sister was sitting next to you at her computer.

You need to either delete the AB cookie that is on your computer, or use a different browser, if you want to create a new account or sign in as somebody else.

Thank you both,however we still have a problem, every time we log on to her account we get a message stating account disabled.
