water left in softener compartment of washing machine

the washing has not been conditioned too... help... cleaned compartments and put hot water down back of where drawer is incase clogged or something...

Take a look at the Hose from the Cold Water supply to the Washing Machine. Does your Machine fill up correctly when Programmed ? Is there a Water regulator Tap which you can Open or Shut ?

There is a siphon in the fabric conditioner compartment - it is probably blocked - it has a removable cap - pull it off, give it a good clean and try it again.

For the avoidance of doubt, replace the cap before trying again!

Glad you asked this as I'm having the same problem.. I've taken the dispencer drawer out and given it a good clean but the conditioner still sits there, it's a bit diluted but doesn't condition the wash.

Try washing soda and the hotest wash.Sometimes the blockage is just out of sight(Washing soda in both/all compartments,no washing in machine!)
