Sticky Solution

To cut a long story short i removed a large plastic badge ( not a decal or sticker ) from the bonnet of my car, its left a large foamy type sticky backing on the car which im having trouble getting off, ive tried heating it but didnt work very well, anyone have a solution for my problem ( apart from buying a new bonnet ) cheers, dd1

We use a product called "Sticky Stuff Remover" from Lakeland.

It does what it says, and smells of oranges!

thanks everyone..i tried the wb40 as i had some..didnt work, wifey said to try mayonnaise...lol.....dam it worked, next time ill listen to her, lol..thanks all

Furniture Polish is also good, and smells nice.
