I'm sorry that was my first attempt at a question and it went horribly wrong. What I meant to ask is My boyfriend is being treated for depression and has been violent towards one of my teenagers. I have never given him a key because his aggression concerns me but I am aware that he has found one and made copies. Recently all of my keys have gone missing from my house and I have had my lock on my front door changed and I am currently looking into getting my back door key changed. Is he legally allowed to secretly have keys cut and gain access to my property. Ihave a mortgage with my ex-partner and my boyfriend has no stake in the property. We have no children together.
