Hi, does anyone know how to make it so that the default font is something other than TNR?

My guess is that you would need to load, edit, then save the default template document.
go into the format menu, select font, choose what you want and then click deafult in the bottom left.

alright, steady on! does anyone actually read the answers already given? ankou has already given me the answer, which seems a bit easier than your way
At least it was only a little late....

It does bemuse me somewhat when I spot people answering questions that are months old and have already been answered (especially when the second poster gives precisely the same answer)

Oh and just in case you wondered, go into the format menu, select font, choose what you want and then click default in the bottom left. ;)
For my own interest, does that button set default for that particular document only, or default for all documents ?
