laptop flicker

what can i do to rectify, its so annoying, if i hold it at the bottom left of the screen it stops, but it make my hand ache !!

The laptop probably needs stripping down and the contacts between the screen and mainboard remade.

It's not a job for the faint hearted, laptops are not the easiest things to strip down, you'd be better getting a trusted person that knows what they are doing to look at it.
