I have just cancelled my Sky TV but wanted to keep Sky Talk & Broadband, but the dozy person that cancelled my Sky TV also cancelled my Talk and Broadband!!
Sky are now telling me that I have lost my original telephone number as BT normally hold returned numbers for 6 months.
Is this true?
On the basis that Sky have cancelled and in effect freed up my phone number, will I have the same problem if I now try to set up a new contract with another provider?
they do phone and broadband packages phone them and tell them your dilema
they might be able to clear up your phone number problem 0800 049 1374
i have never had any trouble with there service so far..
I'm with gina on this get back on to sky about this pronto, you are still a paying customer & if you have probs insist on talking to someone in authority
