What type of thickness of laminate pockets can be used for laminating dried/pressed leaves? I've googled but can't find any info on which thickness to use for what.

I'd have thought any thickness, the only difference will be the stiffness of the finished laminate.
But would the heat damage the leaves? If so then the thinner the better I'd think - the ones that you can use at a lower temp.
