How long does it take for envirfone to receive your mobile?

I sent my phone just over a week ago with their freepost envelope, they are still saying they haven't received it yet! So i was just wondering if anybody have used them before and how long it took for them to get back to you?

I used a similar company and according to them and they said it took 3 weeks to arrive but said this wasn't unusual

I have used envirofone and found them pretty good, quic and reliable, i sent them 2 phones, received a cheque back all within 2 weeks. Did you send the phones to them via recorded delivery ? I did, this helps as proof of postage so if your phone does go missing you can claim from the Royal Mail, I didnt trust their own pre-paid postage. Hope it works out.

Awh thank you both, I just needed some reassurance, it hasn't quite been 2/3 weeks yet so ill not start to stress yet!

Royal Mail allow 15 working days before you can claim for lost post, so don't give up hope yet!

I sent one over 3 months ago, all they say is they have not got it, no come back whatever
