what is the meaning of that screamng & tongue waggling done in Libya; is it pleasure or sadness ?

Zagreeting is the proper term for it and our bellydance teacher encourages it at the shows we put on as a form of appreciation for the dancers. Not sure what it means in the context of Libya though!
Am assuming from your description that is what they are doing anyway, have you got a link at all to footage?

They haven't shown it yet but maybe it's slightly different to the zagreet and therefore has a different meaning?
