Password to access internet on my iphone via Talk Talk

I have rang these and believe it or not, they say they cannot help me.
They have told me that the password should be on the back of my router and it's really not.
Where might i find it?

Why would talk talk be able to help you? it's your equipment, not theirs.
If it's not on a sticker on the router then you'll have to log into the routers admin pages so you can find out what the wireless key is from there, but without knowing what router you have it's a bit hard to give definite instructions on how to do that.
