There are no channels listed. I have also checked my standard TV using the standard aerial, and the reception is not that good. All has been working fine for 1 year.
I have checked all wires from Sky box to TV, TV Aerial and Sky dish - any ideas what this could be caused by and how to fix.
Am now trying to find a customer services number for Sky.
Have you tried disconnecting box from mains for a minute, then rebooting with card out.
Let it initialise channels ... and put card back in.
Check up/down the channels.
If you get a 'satellite signal not received' yuou need to check satellite lead connections and the LNB on the dish (this might be wet or need replacing)
