scooter insurance

hi there
i have a boy coming up to the age of 16 and i have bought him a scooter to get back and forth to work when he leaves school, can anybody recomend an insurance company or anywhere where i can get competative insurance for him, bearing in mind that it will be his first insurance and he will have done a c.b.t course
