Does anyone know if you can report a loss adjuster to an insurance ombudsman?

if yu have a complaint, i think you have to see if the insurance company will resolve it via their complaints procedure forst, before taking it to the ombudsman
I can't see why not Green, if the loss is justified.
We are doing this at the moment - the ombudsmen people were really helpful too, rang yesterday and appropriate form arrived today.

Thanks a lot everyone - I'm going for it!
Just to add Green, a while back we were told by our Insures that a TV we had that had fallen over & smashed was worth xxxx£££ Sums of money, I contacted The Ombutman, that put the Insures in their place, never take their first offer.
