I have phone insurance with my bank. One of the criteria for being able to make a claim is to have proof of ownership. How do I do this when I bought the phone from eBay over 60 days ago and is no longer in my purchase history. Plus not in my emails.

Is there still a way to prove ownership of my phone.

The insurance is with Aviva, through NatWest.

Thanks

Did you pay via Paypal? did you keep the email from the Ebay seller thanking you for your payment/purchase?

I don't have anything saying proof of purchase. My account got hacked so i had to open new account. The phone was bought with cash.

I'm guessing there's just no way of proving it.
Your PayPal history should show the transaction, if you paid that way.
^ posts crossed - contact eBay then, they will have your past history stashed away behind the scenes, surely.
I would ask your bank. It won't be the first time this has happened.
