my car was written off, it was only worth 1000 and the insurance didnt give me any money they deducted the rest of the insurance premiums and my access was450 so i got nothing, but I was told by the insurance the guy who's fence i hot is claiming 60K
so is that why the loss assesor os visitng me?

sorry not sure how to use this site, yes the insurance said he claimimg for the wall that was behind the fence, and some furniture that got broke.
so is he just going to check my story or does he think the other party claiming too much

i dont think you would be surprised at the scams which go on. 60k seems a lot for a brick wall. as far as the assessor is concerned he will try and make sure there is no dodgy business going on, like you and the neighbour colluding
