Our insurance company is dealing with a signifiant claim we are making after a major fire at our premises. We think it would be in our interest to appoint a loss adjuster to look after our interests as opposed to the insurance companies!
You need a loss assessor as opposed to a loss adjuster - I understand they typically charge 10% of the amount of the loss.
