Hi All,

Do i have to declare accidents i have had in my company car, to my personal car insurance company?

yes,you should,just in case they find out,because its very easy for them to check you out,as there is a register.
Whilst I agree with the foregoing it really depends upon how the relevant question is phrased.
For example, I had a company car stolen from a carpark and was truthfully able to answer that I had personally made no claims in the previous 5 years as the company had.
However, had I had an accident and the question had been, "Have you been involved in any accidents in the last 5 years" I would have had to answer yes.
Insurance companies think their wordings out very carefully so answer the question truthfully.
That said, full disclosure is a far better option and you'll sleep sounder.
