equine insurance/ exclusions
about four years ago, my horse had a tooth abscess which was treated with antibiotics, it cleared and i have had no problems since. however we have now discovered she has fractured her tooth, a different tooth, different side e.t.c, no relation to the episode. I thought nothing of getting the vet to write to the insurance to get the exclusion removed, no-one ever informed me. She has now been on nearly 20 days of antibiotics and if it explodes after this, they want to remove the tooth. i completely agree with this plan of action, however I'm worried that the insurance wont pay, and i cant afford to pay for it, and i cant have her suffering.
