I had to see a doctor in Ireland recently and he charged me 60 Euros and I had to pay 20 Euros for my presecription. [ I do not usually pay for prescriptions].
Can I reclaim this money? How?
[I have E111 but this was
not requested and I was so ill I forgot to mention it. I also have Worldwide Travel Insurance but I'm not sure it covers this.]

You are probably better posting in Travel or Body & Soul as it's not a quiz question.
Your travel insurance should cover it but if you have to pay an excess like I did, for the relatively small amount you piad it's probably not worth it
why do people post these questions under this topic?
You can't reclaim it through your E111 (now EHIC) - the card must be presented at the point of treatment.

"The UK has notified all European member states that from 1 April 2008, their citizens will be expected to show an EHIC in order to access necessary treatment without charge"
