Insurance claims
Hi ,
My husband was driving to southwales on a single carriage route when the guy in front of us put his left indicator and turned left into a pub on a bendy road. we stopped our car applying sudden break so was the car behind us with little gap. ours being first there came a third car at 60 mph speed and bumped into the stationed car behind ours which inturn hit our car by force.the bumper of our car has a big dent and the boot does not close. on calling the insurance companies , they blame each other , the sandwhiched car insurer says that it was nt their fault as their car ws stationery the second car insurer says that tey were not in direct contact. points to note: 1 the second car which was the cause of accident is a company owned car and does not belong to driver 2 our car insurance has to be renewed in the next 5 days we do not want our NO claim bonus to go up!!!!! please help ... we do not know how this works please help us!!!!!!!!
