does anyone know what it costs a haulage company to insure a fleet of about 30 lorries and vans etc. just curious!!

Depends on the type of lorries i.e. transits, HGV's etc etc - it also depends greatly on the clients fleet experience (i.e. number of claims, amounts etc etc). But as a very rough guide, transits are circa �750 per vehicle on a fleet policy with 44 tonners being anywhere between �1500 and �3000.
