I recently had a loan car from a garage under their 3rd party insurance. I was driven into by another car and pushed into a 3rd car. Am I covered by the insurance given, and (assuming I prove the other driver was in the wrong) will I be liable for anything? Also, will the owner of the car I was pushed into claim off me or the other driver?

If the other driver was at fault, both you and the driver of the car you were pushed into can claim of his/her insurance.
They will claim on you and you are covered by the third party insurance and their claim will be re-directed by those insurers to the responsible party.
