Which companies insure residential static caravans on private agricultural land ?

I'm having difficulty obtaining insurance for a residential static caravan sited on private agricultural land. Every Insurance company I've contacted so far insist that it's sited on a registered site. All recommendations are most welcome.

As the landowner is the landlord they probably have it insured, as they are liable for its safety when they take rent. The contents could be covered by your home insurance as part of your property.
