Anyway -he seems a likeable fella to be honest and has given sage advice but dont tell me he didnt think someone wouldnt have noticed his name repeatably coming up on recent posts re Insurance.
You knew what you were doing benn can we at least agree on that?
Its just that if every company comes on here under whatever pretext then it just becomes an even bigger advertising site.Wish i'd got my info about the Loss Adjustor in first tho -drat !!!

I've got annual unlimited travel + ski insurance with Insure & Go - £39. A couple of friends have made claims with this company and they've paid out no problem. I arranged the policy on their website.

plus, may i add, that most of these questions are on personal insurance, ie house and car and travel, and my company deals ONLY in commercial insurance business...just for clarity

I have to say I agree with Cazz. It's good to have people in some proffesions on here who can give knowledgeable (sp) advice and I whilst I might have guessed he works in insurance, I wouldn't know who for - until he was sorted of bated in to saying the company name.

But actually Benn, you may come in handy to me in May.

I did see it before this one DT and I still don't agree his original post was advertising. He didn't mention his company once in the OP. And as he says, he deals in a very specific type of insurance, not one that most people have a need for.

Good grief, I have not been abusive (and I would underline that if I could!) - I have only been after your tail as you have, in my opinion, been posting implied advertising.....Your mistake was when you came under pressure from Dris and I was not come out with the statement that you just made about only being involved in commerical insurance and not in the matters being discussed around here and, in part, self inititiated by you. What you should have done in the title and up-front blurb is put something along the lines of "Hi I am new here. I work in commercial insurance but I just want to warn you on the dangers of Facebook and Personal Insurance (and not my field).

You would have avoided all of this.
