Hello. My dad has MS and is recovering from a relapse that severly affected his speech and has lowered his self-esteem. He also gets tired quickly, but thinks he's well enough to get back to work and do a couple of hours a day. He hasn't really got any qualifications and even though he can communicate, something involving a lot of speech (ie, phonework) would not be ideal... Any ideas??

Hmmm, the only thing that i can think of is maybe a market trader or something similar along those lines. He could pick his hours and doesnt need that much verbal communication. Or maybe a job on a computer somewhere, doing some admin work.
What about some voluntary work to get him back in the swing? Such as working in a charity shop - they always need extra people, the work is varied and flexible.
Good luck.
