help two interviews tomorrow!!!!

Hi, I applied for two different positions today and have been contacted by both to attend interviews tomorrow - obviously I haven't had too much time to swot up!! They are both secretarial positions so that side of things is covered - but I am just worried about any last minute "on the spot" questions etc....anything in particular I should prepare myself for?????

make sure you can think of lots of examples for your work. e.g. if you manage a busy schedule give an example of a time when you have successfully juggled several projects/tasks at once. if you have to deal with difficult customers, again think of an example of when you were able to calm someone down and how you did it.

Interview questions should be based on the job specification. Make sure you read the job specifications carefully and can provide confident answers and examples of previous work. Examples can be based on previous work experience or even events in your personal life.
