I want out of teaching

What can I do now, I want to leave my primary teaching job, I am at near breakdown point with the behaviour of the children all across the school. I have good all round intelligence and a good stock of qualifications, as well as my degree in Primary Education (QTS). However, I need to maintain my salary (�30K) plus any extra for travel. What should I do? I have worked in financial services, office management and telecommunications before training to be a teacher, but need something to keep me interested and motivated.
