Can someone, anyone, explain to me what their interpretation of the above the job role is?

It looks like i may be offered this role but could just do with an idea of what it is. Without having to ask word for word and looking stuuuuuupid!

There is nothing stupid about asking what a potential new role would involve!

If they offer it to you, just ask what the role will involve and what your responsibilities are likely to be.

Who is the employer? It's impossible to answer without knowing this.

You will definitely be dealing with customers, either face to face at the workplace, on the telephone or in the customers homes.
