i am thinking of applying for a post on a crusie ship but want to know if anyone has done this before and what i s it like. My nursing friends think that i am mad but i think that i could be a good opportunity.

I just love the idea of a "crusie ship". It sounds so much more fun than the more usual kind!

go for it, see the world and enjoy life - I'm a student nurse and one of my friends is set on doing the same thing after she has gained a bit of expereince first.

A friend of a friend did it for five years and loved it. They like you to have recent critical care experience and advanced life support, A+E experience very useful. My friend is thinking of doing it too.
