Start by listing the work you have done in the past in basic detail and then embellish it.

I know what you mean Octavius and thank you, the problem is, I'm writing it for a lady I hardly know!!! :O(
I thought I could "throw" some clever words in and work around that!
My brain is nearly dead as its nearly home time!!!!
P.S Sorry about snapping at you the other day.....
If she is looking for a job in Management try this:
I thrive working under pressure and find that I suit the fast-paced environment. I have a keen eye for detail and will only produce work of an exceptional quality. I have much experience of leadership and over the years I have honed the skills needed to be an effective man-manager. I would describe myself as firm but extremely fair. I am particularly good at communicating with people of varying backgrounds, a skill that I have developed through my many life experiences, and this has been of great benefit to me in my recent role. I find it just as easy to delegate tasks to more junior members of staff as I do giving presentations to senior management. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for my current employer and believe that this is the type of environment to which I am suited. I am an excellent Leader who will be of great benefit to any team.

She is a packaging (design type) Manager.
An emphasis on meeting deadlines, leadership, teamwork, decision making, delegation, communication, trust, reliability and ambition to grow with the business within a challenging environment (with possible examples) is always useful.

Yes, she should really be able to PLUG herself, when she SWITCHes jobs.
But try not to TURN ON the person carrying out the interview
