Recruitment jobs

At the moment I am searching for a new job. I have been looking on reed, but find that they are not very helpful. I have a great deal of Interviewing experience, I also train employee, deal with references, CRB's Visa's etc. Does anyone now of a company that is looking for a Recruitment Officer, HR position, or at least a website that I can search to help me with my search.
