My son worked for this company and he and others I have known say it is one of the worst companes in uk to work for so be careful.

They have a very poor repuatation. Their competitors are generally Lonson & Country, John Charcol, Cobalt and a few others.

If you can put up with their rubbish, get your qualifications and learn the ropes then it can be a good start to setting up on your own.
