My mates son is in the RAF and he has been in Afghanistan alot, he is in communications, always a viital part of not just the support but the moral as well. He has not seen conflict but he has been living in very very difficult and uncomfortable conditions, even though he has been able to use the internet pretty much unbroken!! which is a great thing especially for family's peace of mind back home, It is not an easy thing to discuss current affairs unless you know sufficient to have an opinion, I wouls just stick to the facts, like where the RAF itself is active at the moment.
