I am a very fit healthy 55 year old And for the last 14 years I have been a Dispensary Manager in a doctors surgery. I wish to continue working till I am 65 but I am finding this job extremely stressful now and I would like to try something different but really don't know where to begin. Has anyone got any constructive advice or been through a similar situation? I have thought of consulting a Life Coach but they always seem so expensive. Your thoughts would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Why do you look at being a life coach yourself you may find you'd be good at that.
